General Information

How are the journeys organised?

  • 2 days are planned at each venue and the stage journeys are reasonably short with no early starts or late arrivals.
  • We provide a basic itinerary as described on the detailed web page for each journey and can modify it for you according to your time available and your interests. The get a quote form is useful for the consultation between us.
  • Once the final itinerary is agreed we make all the hotel bookings and train ticket purchases. This will all be transferred to you ready for the start of your journey.
  • In the final itinerary that we provide, you will have full information of what each day entails in term of travel or possible visits.
  • A description of every station you arrive at and its relation to your hotel will be given and facts such as where you can find the left luggage office etc.
  • For some stage journeys it is not possible to pre-purchase tickets. We keep to a minimum such cases but when it occurs, we provide you with a timetable and a Spanish language "crib sheet" to enable you to buy the ticket you need.
